History of Service
In line with BIG’s mission of bringing comfort to families, BIG has, from its founding, been a leader in providing customer services. In order to ensure the highest quality of service to the customer, throughout the service chain, BIG established its own private service network.
In 1959, BIG created its first customer service center. This center, using the latest radio dispatching technology was the first of its kind in Iran, setting the standard for quality and speed of service at the time. Further service centers were established throughout Iran, providing a standardized level of service to all our customers, even in the remotest of locations. In just under 30 years, BIG’s service network grew to a national network of regional service centers and hundreds of certified servicemen.
Current Service Network
BIG’s current service network consists of 1800 certified servicemen in over 650 cities in Iran, a state of the art central contact center, and 12 regional offices all working with the common goal of providing high quality service to our customers
This network currently employs over 6000 people directly and indirectly, making it the largest private service network in Iran.
