One part of our “comfort” promise to our customers is the availability of standard high quality spare parts. BIG’s spare parts logistics system have been designed in order to ensure that certified spare parts are available not matter where or when. This is all the more important since the use of un-official spare parts (usually meaning poor quality) can cause serious safety concerns in gas burning appliances.
BIG currently distributes over 4,000 items, directly managing every aspect from the time the part leaves our factory to the time that it is placed on the shelves of our authorized parts dealer and service shops. This just one way BIG ensures that our products remain of the highest quality even after years of use.
